How it works

Your licences, VHF/GMDSS, medical and insurance, with expiry dates read off the document.

Your weeks, taken and open

The weeks you are taken and the weeks you are open, and where you are. Shared by the same PIN-protected link, which you can revoke at any time.

Your papers, and the dates on them

Keep your travel papers in the same place — passport and visas, with their expiry dates. Email reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days. We remind you; we do not advise where you may go.

For charter companies

Open a share link, enter the PIN if one's set, and see the skipper’s current licenses and certificates — no email chains, no expired PDFs.

skipper.id doesn’t issue, verify, or guarantee credentials — the skipper is responsible for the accuracy of what they upload, and charters verify identity and originals in person at handover, as always.
